Krista has been exploring yoga since age 13, coming to the practice to ease anxiety over a math exam. The exam didn’t go so well, but the practice remained and has been an integral part of her life since. She is a 300-hr certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher, graduating from this expansive training in 2010 under the guidance of Sharon Gannon and David Life. Additionally, she has studied vinyasa flow with Seane Corn, completing her teacher training intensive in 2012. Her motivation to teach comes from Yoga’s ability to break down the walls that inhibit our highest potential, and enhance our life in ways that words fail to describe. As a teacher, she encourages her students cultivate discipline and fearlessness, all in the name of fun. Her classes are playful, challenging, creative, and rooted in tradition with the intent of leaving you feeling uplifted, inspired, and connected to your self-worth.
